Tensioner ERGO 0,4 m 50 mm 5T AMIO-03995

The 500 daN belts, or ERGO belts, differ from the standard belt with a 50 mm tensioner by the size and design of the tensioner.

A larger, stronger tensioner with a longer lever allows for better belt tensioning parameters, which means a stronger pressure on the load to the ground, and thus a more effective immobilization of the load.

The longer lever and stronger tensioner allow the belt to be tightened tighter than standard belts with the same force. The value of 500 daN means that the load will be pressed against the ground with a force of 500 daN or 500 kg. The value of the STF parameter of standard 50 mm tensioners varies from 300 to 400 daN (depends on the manufacturer).
